Greg Ochs is a business advisor, entrepreneur, and principal investor with more than 30 years of experience in commercial banking, real estate finance, and private investment. His background includes senior executive leadership in commercial banking, including service as Chief Credit Officer, CEO, board member, and shareholder of a Texas-based, nationally chartered commercial bank.
As a founder of multiple businesses and an investor in significant private real estate transactions, Greg also understands the borrower and investor side of the table. That perspective extends beyond a lender-only viewpoint and gives him practical insight into how financing decisions affect business owners, operators, and investors in real-world situations.
He works directly with business owners and leadership teams seeking significant financing, restructuring existing debt, or navigating complex lender and transaction-related matters. His work includes structuring debt, preparing lender-ready financial packages, engaging effectively with lenders, and helping move financing requests toward closing.
